Greetings

We are acutely aware that some people are experiencing difficulties =
coping with the volume of mail coming from ETI these days.

We are in the process of putting in place a number of alternative =
arrangements which, God willing, will meet the needs of every person.

SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR MANAGING THE VOLUME
Firstly, if you find that you are managing to get to read some of what =
we send but time does not always permit you to read everything, may I =
suggest that is not a problem?

We are sending things out as we feel impressed to send and, currently, =
there is an enormous amount to communicate.

However, it is probable that not everything that we send out is equally =
relevant to all who receive it at any point in time.

Accordingly, consider setting up an "inbox" rule (in Microsoft Outlook =
Express click on Tools, Message Rules, Mail) and create a rule called =
"End Time Issues" or similar. Set the rule to "move" all mail with the =
words "[ETI" in the subject line to a folder called "End Time Issues" =
and then, when new mail arrives, it will automatically be moved to that =
location.

You can then skim the collection as time permits and print out or read =
those that seem relevant at that moment. Alternatively, you could open =
the attachments and save them in a specific directory and then delete =
the emails.

Personally, I find that with some of the lists that I receive from, I =
may not look at the list for days or even weeks and then, suddenly, I =
will feel impressed to look at what is there and discover something =
which is really relevant at that moment in time. If the mails are filed =
away, either electronically or on paper, they are available for the Holy =
Spirit to lead you to them as and when required in your life.

If that will not work for you, then we are offering some alternatives:

SUMMARY LIST
In case you are not aware, we have for some weeks been offering a =
SUMMARY LIST, this comprises the covering email without the attachment. =
This significantly reduces the volume of data to be downloaded and will =
therefore reduce the download time.

Where you find the summary of particular interest, just mail us for the =
full article.

If you would like to receive this option please mail us with the words

"Please add me to the SUMMARY list"

in the first line of the mail.

We will remove you from the list that you are currently on.

MONTHLY DIGEST
This will comprise just the summary section of every document issued =
during the month compiled into a single document under cover of a single =
email which we hope to issue monthly. We are not quite there yet but =
hope to start this soon.

This will assist those who cannot cope with the volume to skim through =
and get an overview of what has been issued and, if required, to select =
the mails which interest them.

They can then mail us to send them those items. We are currently =
investigating technology to permit us to automate this process. But, =
irrespective of the outcome, hope to offer this service from the end of =
March.

If you would like to receive this document please mail us with the words

"Please add me to the monthly DIGEST list"

in the first line of the mail.

If you want to be removed from the list that you are currently on (Main =
/ No Attachments / Summary), please write

"Please remove me from the ........ list"

on the second line of the mail,
where ........ is the name of the list you are currently on
this appears in [ ] brackets on the subject line of most mails.

MONTHLY HEADLINES
We also hope to produce a "Monthly Headlines" document which will list =
all the items issued in the month with a single paragraph overview, =
again with the objective that those who would like specific items will =
be able to email in for them.

This document will be sent to all those on the Main lists for their ease =
of reference as it will form a useful "Table of Contents" to what they =
have received during the month. We also hope to produce this from the =
end of March onwards.

If you would like to receive this document please mail us with the words

"Please add me to the monthly HEADLINES list"

in the first line of the mail.

If you want to be removed from the list that you are currently on (Main =
/ No Attachments / Summary / Monthly Digest) please write

"Please remove me from the ........ list"

on the second line of the mail,
where ........ is the name of the list you are currently on
this appears in [ ] brackets on the subject line of most mails.

MONTHLY COLLECTION
The monthly collection will comprise all documents for a month assembled =
into one document with a cover page, title page, table of contents, etc =
in a form suitable for printing out and binding or filing.

The objective of this is to assist those who would like to keep the =
articles in a more readily accessible form to do so.

In time it is hoped also to cross reference these documents and provide =
a key word and scripture index to assist in locating specific subjects. =
This refinement will only become available when time and resources =
permit. But the monthly collection will be available, God willing, from =
the end of March, together, hopefully with back issues.

If you would like to receive this document please mail us with the words

"Please add me to the monthly COLLECTION list"

in the first line of the mail.

If you want to be removed from the list that you are currently on (Main =
/ No Attachments / Summary), please write=20

"Please remove me from the ........ list"

on the second line of the mail,
where ........ is the name of the list you are currently on
this appears in [ ] brackets on the subject line of most mails.

HARD COPY
We are also offering the monthly collection as a hard copy, ring-bound =
document, posted to those who are interested. Since the local postal =
service is not very reliable and it is necessary to use Postnet or =
courier services it may only be practical to mail these documents =
quarterly.

For those who live in our vicinity (Randpark Ridge, Randburg, Gauteng), =
you could also arrange to collect the document from us.

Mailing will also be at no charge, subject to our availability of funds. =
Donations to cover costs or subsidize others are always welcome but are =
not required.

If you are faced with constraints on use of email by employers and do =
not have email at home or have bandwidth constraints on your telephone =
lines or Email Service Provider, this may be an option that you might =
want to consider. Ideally we would like to minimize this service as the =
resource requirements are far more onerous than electronic delivery. =
But it is an option available to those who would like it.

WEB SITE
Slightly longer term, we hope to have a web site with all articles =
available for download or reading on-line.

We sincerely hope that this will help any who are having difficulties =
with volume of mail.

May Yahweh bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you. =
In the Name of Yahshua Messiah of Nazareth, King of king's and Lord of =
lord's.
